# Ripazo

> Ripazo is a shared vacation-home management app for families and co-owners. It brings a shared booking calendar, split expenses, a house knowledge base, arrival and departure checklists, and photo albums together in one private space for everyone who shares a holiday home. Ripazo is invite-only and purpose-built specifically for co-owned holiday homes — it is not a public booking marketplace, and pages are visible only to the people an owner invites.
