Owner admin panel

Members, roles, page visibility, theme, and house settings — all in one private workspace. Guests never see it, owners never have to dig for it.

Ripazo admin panel showing members, roles, and house settings for a vacation home owner.

The admin panel is where you manage everything that touches the house, and only admins can see this page. Add or remove members, adjust roles, and control which pages are visible or what's on them. Change the theme and look of your portal, add checklists, and keep practical information current. All in one place.

USERS

You decide who has access

Admins invite members by email address. A minute later the new member shows up as a user in the portal. No password sharing, no hassle.

  • Three clear roles

Owner, admin, and member — each with well-defined rights so nobody has to wonder what they can change.

  • Email invitations the recipient accepts

An invite is sent to their inbox; they click the link, set their name, and they're in. No shared passwords.

  • Unlimited members, no per-seat fee

Price is per property, not per person. Add cousins, the in-laws, and the cleaner without watching a counter tick up.

  • Roles editable at any time

Promote a sibling to admin during a busy summer, drop them back to member after. Revoke a guest in one click.

  • One overview of every active member

See who has access, which role they hold, and remove anyone who no longer needs to be there.

PERSONALIZATION

Your house, your look

Set up your portal to fit your vacation home. Pick a URL that's easy to share, and adjust the colors and photo themes to your taste.

  • Custom name, URL, and location

Pick the property name, the URL slug that makes your share link, and the country. Or change any of it later — you have full flexibility.

  • Timezone, week start, and date formats

Italian or American date order, 24h or AM/PM, week starts on Monday or Sunday — match the rhythm of the people using the house.

  • Default language for the property

Set the house language to Dutch or English. More languages will be added later.

  • Five built-in color themes

Italian Summer, Coastal Breeze, Mountain Lodge, Mediterranean Blue, or Nordic Cabin. Picked to match your vacation home.

  • Banner photo, login cover, and icon

Upload a picture of the actual house for the header and login screen, then pick an icon from a curated library for the navigation bar.

PAGES

Each page on or off, in your order

No two houses are the same. Show the pages that matter for your house and hide the ones you don't need.

Each page is also customizable to your liking.

  • Enable or disable every page

Don't use the expenses page? Switch it off and it disappears from the navigation for everyone.

  • Drag-and-drop the navigation order

Reorder the main nav so the page your family opens most lives in the leftmost slot.

  • Configurable fields per page

Checklist items, recurring and incidental tasks, contact entries, knowledge cards — all managed through the admin dashboard.

  • Information cards on or off per page

Show a helpful intro card to guests on the page they need it most, hide it from everyone else.

  • Special data and features

Things like meter-reading templates are configurable per house, so departures capture exactly what your bills need.

SUPPORT

Help, right inside the panel

Keeping our customers happy matters to us. A full ticket system is built into the portal. Attach screenshots, read replies, and track status in the same place you do everything else.

  • Create tickets from the panel itself

One click on Support opens the ticket form — write your question right where you already work.

  • Subject, description, and up to five attachments

Each ticket takes a subject, a rich-text description, and up to five files (10 MB each) so screenshots and exports come along too.

  • Replies stay in the same view

Our replies land right on your Support page, threaded with the original ticket — all your communication neatly in one place.

  • Status visible at a glance

Open, waiting on us, or resolved — see at a glance where every ticket stands.

Questions about the admin panel

What are the roles and what can each one do?Owner

There are three roles per property. The owner set up the property, controls billing, adds or removes admins, and transfers ownership. An admin confirms bookings, approves expenses, and manages templates and appearance. A member can book, submit expenses, post, comment, and edit their own content. Roles can be changed any time from Admin → Users.

Is our vacation home page public or private?Owner

Fully private. Your page is invite-only, strangers who somehow find the URL hit a login screen with nothing visible behind it. Ripazo never indexes or lists private property pages, we don't sell family data, and the page doesn't appear in search engines. Only people you invite can see anything.

Can I remove someone from our property?Owner

Yes. One click from Admin → Users removes their access immediately. Content they created (for example: bookings, posts, expenses) stays in the history with their name for the record; you can delete specific items afterwards if needed. They can't log in again unless you re-invite them.
